strike early as Peter Moody's first starter Pindan Pearl stormed home to
win from Cash is Coming with Mr Backchat third. Pindan Pearl is by
Testa Rossa and from the stakeswinner Reggie and was ridden by M
Neilson.
In the next half a
length covered the first 5 across the line as they spread across the
track with Bermondsey getting through in the last bound to win from
Glenariff and Emmooki's Dash on the outside. Bermondsey is trained
by J O'Connor and ridden by S Westover and took his record to 38 starts
for 6 wins and 9 placings. By King of Danes this was his second
win in succession.
The consistent Our
Belvoir broke through for his 4th win from 36 starts in defeating Reel
Way with Our Snippy third while the Victorians hit back with Final Folly
from Hamilton winning the 4th race from Richoman with Mr Lowndes third.

it two from 3 starts with one placing in the next race defeating
Woakwine with Commemorate third. By Host and from Thorpedo this
3yo gelding is from the stable of Craig Curtis and was ridden by M
Neilson giving him a double. The locals and Victorians continued

made it two in a row at Morphettville winning the 7th race from
Lilgiggleo with Alchemy's Eight third. From the stable of A Stra
is was ridden by Todd Pannell and is by Danerich from the Last Tycoon
mare Tycoon Sheila. The final race went Juliet's Princess
from God Help Us and Jeunealistic giving Clare Lindop a double on the
day.
